Okay in typical fashion I just jump in and start playing with software and eventually figure it out. I just got Final Cut Express under my belt so now the logical next step... iDVD. Only I'm not getting it. For some reason I can't wrap my tiny liitle brain around it. I've gone through the tutorial and still don't get it. Is it so simple I'm over thinking here or what. Is there some QuickTime tutorial hidden on the Apple site somewhere that gives a good overview like they do for FCE! Someone point me in a direction.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply MM.
How does this work in a nutshell. I drop a movie in one of the themes and I see that it plays. Okay I get that. Now what exactly does the folder button do besides put up an editable text field? Same with the slideshow button. I drop pictures for the slide show where? The only place I can drop them is where the video goes. One trumps the other. The tutorial says drop them outside the dropzone... Huh? There are no graphical examples given. I can't believe I don't get this. I can't make a coherent picture of how this all works. I work with GoLive, PS, ProTools etc. I'm stumped. Honestly.

iDVD has a limit of 5 (I think) links on the main page. You can put in a folder that contains more than 5 items. Once you drop the folder in, double click it to open it and you get another page with that theme. Drag and drop stuff in there.
Same with the slideshow button. I drop pictures for the slide show where?
Works the same way: After you click the slideshow button, single-click "My Slideshow" to change the title or double-click it to open the slideshow options. You can then drag photos into that window.
