I find myself doing more and more shoots and editing the footage. I'm just
wondering what the standard rate is now. In the past I've charged $30/hr for
shooting and $20/hr for editing. I'm going about this wrong? Anyone have
any pointers?

Thanks in advance.

It depends on what the market size is in your city. In New York, a shooter could charge more than a smaller market like Milwaukee.

One person I know of in New York charged $250 for a day, which was probably 5 hours. I'm not sure about editing rates.
