So I've almost talked myself into buying a 15GB iPod. Now I'm trying to figure out what accessories I want/need.

An absolute must is being able to listen to the iPod in the car, especially on long trips. But with several different options available, I need to know which is best.

iTrip?
TransPodFM?
Monster iCar?

Is going the FM transmitter route the best way? If so, which is the best?
Or should I just buy a car charger and a cassette adapter and do it that way?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've had good results with the iTrip. I have also tried the cassette route and found that to work well also, just bulkier. I can't speak on audio quality of these two options. I use iTrip when I am in someone else's car. For my own, I use the AUX input on my stereo via a stereo miniplug wire I ran under the console.

I have an S4 and I followed an article at AudiWorld. I don't think I could have a sweeter set up. I bought a CD changer plug from Autotoys.com (their website sucks but search for the part). From the back of the Avant I have two shielded Monster RCA cables that run to the front of the car. I convert them into a stereo 1/8" jack which plugs into a dock.

The dock is powered by a Belkin car adapter when I see batter life go low.

Check out this article for ideas: AudiWorld.com
