A loop movie doesn't necessarily appear either to have a real end or a real begining or if it does it may be difficult to actually discern where the begining or end is, if indeed it is actually meant to have either, think of an eternal motor !
So when you load the movie for the first time it wil lor may appear to have both a physical end and a physical begining. I suppose I'm thinking of Java or Flash animations as examples but I am looking to view loop movies not animations per se, follow ?

well thanks wvx that way cool but I guess I must go looking for Movie makers Forums.
I am rather surprised that no one here in this forum seems to have much of an inkling of what I'm looking for either that or either no one has thought of making these although I don't think thats quite correct either. I've seen recently a couple of Stop Motion Videos but they're not quite loop movies either ?

You talking about a movie without the controls showing, and set on autoplay and loop?

Yes,dampeoples, but not necessarily.
I remember 20 years or so ago when film was still in vogue there used to be performance events in galleries etc that showed loop movies.
As a matter of pure luck I recently saw some contemporary loop videos in a local gallery - they were shown via a projector - one walked in and out of rooms wherein they were being shown hence they were always on. One never got the feeling of an end or begining after entering a room and watching for as long as one felt. We may have seen the same thing many times or may not have seen one whole loop, in either case one kept going back and watching, so this process, that we, as viewers, were doing, was in some small way imitating the content of our amusemenmt.
They were apparently authored in Final Cut Pro.
Hence I thought there may be a whole gamut of loop video makers out there - but hey life is full of surprises, eh ?
