Difference between the two AlchemyTV cards?

Hi, can you tell me what the difference between the G4 only version and the G4/G5 version is?
I can see the G4/G5 doesn't have an FM tuner and that they have different ariel inputs, but is there any difference in picture quality, framerate ect?
