Is there any way I can play WinAmp-generated playlists?

So, yeah, the title is self explanatory. Is there any way I can play WinAmp-generated playlists? Now, I realize that there have been other topics about WinAmp, but I don't think they've covered this aspect of it---Is there any way I, a Mac user, can play WinAmp generated playlists that are found on the internet?
