burned some pics on cd-r with me ibook and sent it to my Dad who is running Windoze. He's unable to open these photos. sorry but i dont know anything about his system, but any suggests on how he can view these pics.

Did you burn from within iPhoto? That burn only burns in iPhoto format, like for backing up. To be used on a pc or any other media, you can export the photos to a folder, then use disk utility or Toast or some such to burn. Then the pc can read them. Hope this helps.
