i have the canon a70 powershot digital camera and there is a feature on it for side by side shots, i.e. wide panoramic shots. the canon software on my windows computer lets me merge the photos real easily.

i'm not using that software on my mac, and was wondering if there is a way to stitch photos in photoshop cs??

thanks!

When Photoshop is open, go to File->Automate->Photomerge... and play around with it. You can also search the help system for Photomerge to get more info.

My Powershot G3 had all the same software for Mac and Windows, including an app called Photostitch that also does what you want. I'd figure the A70 also came with it... though, as mentioned, Photoshop CS does it too.
