Me and my ladyfriend want to buy a digital video camera, for use with my eMac and her PowerBook. At the moment I try to decide between the Canon MV700i and the Canon MV750i. Anyone who has used either have an opinion? Anyone know of a better camera for my money? Low-light operation would be a good thing.

I finally decided to stop waffling about and buy the damn thing. The MV750i plus 10 MiniDV tapes, which I figured would be handy for recording things on, came to £380, including P&P, using the coupon code dpuser0604. Minus the tapes it was £364. Was the best deal I could find, £85 less than from John Lewis.
It should arrive next week some time, so I look forward to playing with it. Stop motion LEGO films, I return to you after nearly 10 years!
