is there a script for photoshop cs or something for iphoto or any other program, where i can resize rather large 1600x1200 photos to 640x480 size web images?

i have a lot and can't do them all by hand.

thanks for the help!

Select all the pictures in iPhoto, then use File->Export, and specify the size you want.

In Photoshop CS...Help->How to Customize and Automate->Automate a Task.

Also, somebody will mention GraphicConverter, which can also do batches of files.

You can also use the command line tool imagemagick to do all sorts of cool things, including batch conversions.

You'll need shell access to the host so that you can ssh in. Then just try one of the functions listed on their webpage to see if it works.
