I don't know what is going wrong, the last week there were no problems at all for seeing videos at MTV.com using Safari. Today, MTV says that video in MTV.com is not supported in any Mac computer, that's terrible.
Is it related with the issues related with the lack of interest in opening the iPod to other media services? I think that the egoism and egocentrism of Steve Jobs and Apple is beginning to affect negatively the Macintosh users.
Just because they don't support macintosh doesn't mean that they are rebeling. Heck most of the people that work for MTV probally own an iPod Themselves. More likely the firm or in house web developers tehy have using something like Frontpage to design thier site and surprise surprise when a Microsoft Product codes something so only other Microsoft programs can fully decipher whats going on. This is seen on a lot of commercial pages. Programs like Frontpage tend to spit out code that really doesn't follow any standards.
BTW This topic deals with a TV Channel but does teh question really fit the Digital Video & Audio board??
