ffmpegX conversion - .mov --> .3gp - What am I doing wrong?

	I'm trying to use ffmpegX to convert files to .3gp format for playback on my phone. However, whenever I try to convert something (even using the built-in .3gp settings), I get a file 0 bytes long. I thought I installed the companion files correctly for ffmepgX, although I'm not sure. The program is not what I'd call user friendly, but it's it's free so I can't complain too much. QuickTime Pro works just fine, but I really want to play with ffmpegX more. Actually, my older version of it did work for conversion to other formats when I tried it a few months ago, but I've installed 0.9 now.
