Hi,

I have a song in an mp3 file that I want to use as a ring on my cell phone. I just want the first thirty seconds of the song.

Could I cut the song if I buy QT pro?

Is there a cheaper way to do it - I hope so - ?

Thanks

dopik

Yep:

In iTunes, get info on the song, set the end point at thirty seconds, and then convert to mp3 (from Advanced menu).

For best results, make sure your import settings are identical to those of the mp3 in question.
