Ogg Vorbis QT Component. Allows Quicktime to play .ogg files. Not sure, but I think it allows import to iTunes as well.

It said it now works with QT 6.02, a bit behind the curve. I believe Audacity will read Ogg Vorbis and convert to AIFF or Wave, which iTunes should then be able to convert to mp3. You can also convert to mp3 with Audacity but you need to download the encoder separately. I never bothered since iTunes works fine for me. I don't need two mp3 encoders.

You can also combine the Ogg Vorbis QT component with QT Pro and the LAME QT MP3 encoder for direct export.

Or you could try using the advanced output option in VLC to convert it.

Etc.

I second the Audacity suggestion. It does a fine job with Ogg-Mp3.
Didn't know about the plug-in for QT player. <downloads>

The ogg component for iTunes works fine.

Just set your import settings to whatever you want (I use Lossless for .ogg, so as to not introduce additional compression nasties to already-damaged audio), select the tracks, and choose "Convert to [input setting here]..." from the "Advanced" (or "extras"? Can't remember English version) menu.

That's it.
