Is there a way to resize a video track as a motion?

Example: In NFL sports games when the main screen gets slightly resized to make room for a score ticker at the bottom

You can squeze teh video in the canvas window whenyou have video and Frame selected at the top of the canvas screen. Then once you have your motion made and like it, you can save that as a favorite motion. Allowing you to use it later.
Quicksilver 867, 700mhz iBook, 1st Gen iPod, iSight, Newton 2100, and a 128k Mac. All operating and used on a constant Basis
