I've got a 700MB Foreign movie(Japanese). It came with .idx and .sub files but I can't seem to figure out how to apply them. Either encoding them or by trying to play the movie along with the subtitles via VLC. I've tried to get the subtitles on by using ffmpegX, but either I'm doing it wrong or it's not working for me...

Any advice/help please?
