'Quality' will have to relate to where you want to use the final file... is it for putting on a web page (for modem or broadband)? On a CD? On a DVD? For viewing on Mac and Windows computers?
Post a few more details please.

From what ... a Mac or PC ... does it need to be integrated into a presentation (PowerPoint) ... or DVD?
I would probably suggest (if you have the choice) you make a DVD. So you would look at exporting Mpeg2 files out of Final Cut and then authoring a DVD in iDVD (or if you can, use DVD Studio Pro).

I you want to use iDVD to produce the DVD than just export the the quicktime from Final Cut in the native format of the project. iDVD will do the conversion in mpeg2.

It will be intergrated in a presentation program. I work for a church and we use a program called ProPresenter. It needs to be fairly uncompressed.

I'm not sure jesus approves of that compression.
