I have recently been backing up my DVD collection with Popcorn (it makes it soooo easy to do)
and would like to keep the quality if possible, which means dual layer discs, does Panther support this? will iDVD support it? Or should I keep my original drive and get a external Dual layer drive instead?
any reccomendations are good
thanks

AFAIK, only Toast can burn to dual layer media at the moment.

That's because they're brand new. DVD-R media was like that initially, too.

How long before dual-layer dvds will be less than 3 dollars a peice? The only price I have seen is $30 for a 3 pack at best buy.
