ideas to allow display of game console a/v output on mac mini

Would like to pipe a gamecube and xbox svideo (or other a/v) into a mac mini (that is now a 'HTPC' for display on a 23 cinema display. Any ideas?

The Elgato EyeTV should do the job.

Do a farking search - this topic has been beaten to death - it really should be a sticky.

THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO PLAY VIDEOGAMES THROUGH YOUR MAC WITHOUT SERIOUS LAG!

The only way that works without lag is to use a PCI TV-Tuner card. DV converters and eyeTV type devices alter the video and audio streams (converting to DV or .mpg) which introduces lag that will make most videogames unplayable.
