I've seen a few small apps for Windows where you can easily grab indivual frames of a video, and the machine will save them as bmp's that you can clean up in Photoshop.
Is there anything small (hopefully free) that can do something similar?
The files I need to work with are MPEG2's so not only would i need the MPEG QT Component, but also QT Pro - even then I'd like to have a setup where I can scrub through the video, then have a hotkey of command that I can press that will save that frame out as a tif.
Anyone have any suggestions
