Toast, Sizzle, or MovieGate with EyeTv?????

	I want to author DVD's that I have ceated and edited with EyeTv. My question is can I use one the free utilities such as MovieGate, or Sizzle instead of Toast? I'm interested in creating Readable DVD player Formated DVD's from mainly mpeg 2, maybe mpeg 1 formats. Can I use MovieGate or Sizzle instead of dropping $80 for Toast????
