Audio out of sync after color correction

I am using Final Cut Express HD to edit video clips captured from DV. Everything works fine until I applied color correction filter to one of the clips. After rendering the seq., the audio is out of sync but only to the one that has color correction filter applied. And I have to manually unlink the audio track and move the specific audio clip forward for about 1 sec to make it sync with the video.

Anyone has the simlar problem when applying some filter and the audio become out of sync? any suggestions?
