Turning an MP3 into an Audio Book file

I have a few old MP3s that are about an hour in duration each. I would like to convert these into the AudioBook format that my iTunes Books have. This way, when I stop listening and return to my MP3 I will start where I left off. I remember seeing this Hint on Mac OS X hints some time ago, but I am unable to find it now.....TIA

Malcom Adams (google for it [don't have link as at work] has a web site with tons of AppleScripts. There's one to make ripped audiobooks bookmarkable.
