I have a QT movie (uncompressed) that is a series of slides originally build for a projector. The titles are too close to the edge for NTSC so I want to scale the images down a bit and center the new (smaller) image in a black area (keeping the same pixel area, just scaling down the content). Is there an easy way to do this - so I can get a new QT movie with a smaller live area?
