mp3 tags, convert, upload problem

not sure what's wrong.

i have 3 audio files (aif), i converted (in itunes 4.9, os x 10.4.2) to mp3s.
i put in info (artist, writers, etc).

i removed the files from itunes, then...imported the mp3s (3 songs, btw) back into itunes.
my id data is there.

when i go to upload the files to my website, 2 of them show generic icons (in dreamweaver).
only one will upload (with an mp3 icon), the other 2 give me an ftp error ("cannot put title.mp3, no such file or directory found")

any ideas? same source, same convert procedure etc.
and tried the whole thing twice...



EDIT: GOT IT! changed some options, got it to work.
