Do I have to reinstall them all? Or can I copy them over from the 'previous system' folder?

They should be in the /Library/Application Support folder of /Previous Systems. Move 'em over.

I looked in the previous system, and there is no 'application support' folder. I did find an iMovie folder, so I dragged it into my new system (it contains all the plugins), but I still cannot see any of my plugins in iMovie.
