I've been playing with some "seamless" stock video loops, is it possible to have seamless when doing a DVD menu? I notice every dvd I own repeats the content shortly. If I did seamless it wouldn't look like that, or does it just take dvd players a second to reload video features?

All DVD's will have a short pause when the disc has to relocate the beginnign of the video asset that makes up the background of the menu. You could essentially make a really long looping background movie, but the longer you make the background loop the more disc space you use up.
