Judging by the comments in the archive, I have now also found out that Formac Studio tvr does not live up to expectations. With Tiger I cannot schedule from Titan TV onto a MacMini. The tech support does not exist.
Any ideas? Should I trash it and go to something else? If so...what?

As far as I can tell Vidi does not do what the OP wanted (or what I want), which is to schedule something using TitanTV and the Formac StudioTVR. Has anyone had luck getting Formac's product to work with TitanTV? Titan says it works, but it doesn't. Thanks for any help.

no idea what TitanTV is or does, all I know, vidi has a very good "timer"/scheduler for recording anything what comes into the Formac /TV or Radio/

TitanTV.com is an EPG that allows mkore intuitive recording set-up based on program names (and a program grid). It helps the Formac act more like a Tivo rather than a VCR (program-based recording vs. having to enter time/channel).

Aha!
thanks for that info, richdean! - no, that is not supported by vidi, indeed.....- I have to type in my 3 recordings a week manually....
