Hey all,
I have a Mac Mini with a combo drive that I'm wanting to do a simple photo slideshow to DVD project on. I have a Windows 98SE machine networked to it with a DVD burner. Is there any way to make iDVD recognize the PC burner? If not, is there a simple way to export an iDVD project to the Windows machine to burn? I have Pinnacle Studio installed on the Windows machine, so I could do the whole project on that, but the thought of that much time on Windows makes me cringe.

i havent really burned a dvd using idvd..but i believe that there is an option to create an image on idvd of the dvd you wish to create. send that over to the windows pc. if the image was created as a dmg file, find a way to convert it to iso or some windows file.
or you can take that dmg file, open it in mac..copy the dmg contents (should be a video_ts and an audio_ts file) into your mac hard drive and send it over to your windows pc. and from there, burn the video_ts folder and the audio_ts folder into a dvd as data.
