Is there such a thing as a VGA to S-Video (or to SCART) cable?

I'd like to connect a G4 Cube to a TV.

has anyone here done this before? Would this be the right approach, or are they (VGA/S-Video) totally incompatible?

I don't think you can do scart but the above post is on point....
