all my titles look great in livetype but lousy in fcp. how can i get hi res titles in fcp?

How do they look on a tv monitor? Don't judge them by how they look on a computer monitor.

i would be glad to hear that if i hadn't made several dvd's and they all play on tv with the same poor quality. i just upgraded to the fcp5 box set. i'll try it again. thanks

Is this a new problem, i.e. did they used to work ok? Or is this the first time you've used it? There's some further info knocking about here:

It could be there is something screwy with FCP, etc, but basically you probably won't ever get the titles as 'sharp' as they appear on the computer monitor and you will have to construct them whilst viewing on a tv monitor, etc.
