I'm currently running compressor 1.2 on my powerbook G$ with OSX 10.4 whenever I go to use the program i get a error message saying that the application is "unable to connect to background process". To get around this error I end up using compressor 1.0 which is running on OS X 10.2.8. Does anyone know any other work arounds for compressor 1.2 other than using a earlier version? IO should also point out that compressor 2.0 is most likely out of the question considering I not relaly confident in updating Final Cut Pro to version 5.
