Hi,
I wasn't sure if this was the best place to post this question - moderators please move it if not, but I figured it needed the attention of the DV experts...
I'm primarily an audio user - home studio around Logic Pro 7, so when it comes to screens I'm not so knowledgable whatsoever!
I'm wondering what your opinions on good value 17" flatscreens are. I would like to be able to use them for amatuer to semi-pro video editing as sometimes I have DV editing projects to do. Currently I'm running two 15" CRT's (please don't laugh..!!) which I'd like to replace with two 17" LCD's. My budget is around £150-200 per monitor. I would love two 19" flatscreens, but I think I'd only get the really budget ones for my price range.

I've seen the "ViewSonic VX715" which retails over here around £180 and have read good reviews on them, but I'd prefer opinions from people who work with video rather than 14 year old PC gamers... Honestly, I'd use the screens more often to watch DVD's than to do video editing, so minimal ghosting and good colour quality are important. I'm not expecting perfect quality reproduction, but as long as it about equals my current CRTs' quality I'm happy.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated,
Regards,
Pacey
