get the quicktime ogg plugin. open ogg file. export as mp3.

Get the Quicktime ogg plugin, then drag the ogg file into iTunes and convert from there. iTunes would always hang on the ogg files during shuffle play, so I converted them to mp4 (AAC) files and have had no problems. Should work to convert them to mp3 files too.
