hey.
if there is anybody out there using the m-audio i control? i have some questions.
I just bought it and the manual is pretty lame, or maybe the whole thing is just lame...
it says you can change the sound generators parameters, which i successfully figured out how to,
i figured while you were playing with the parameters it would reflect the changes in the song (ie. record the changes as they happened in real time) but it just changes them and keeps the whole midi file that way.
this is what i have set up:
m-audio keystation 49e plugged in via USB
m-audio i control plugged in via USB
into a G5 imac
would it record the real time parameter changes if i plugged the keystation MIDI out to the IControl MIDI in, or does it just not record in real time?
Any help would be appreciated GREATLY!!
