Converting DVD to playback on both iPod Video and Archos 400

	I have an Archos 400 and an iPod Video. I wanted to convert DVDs to playback on both devices. I have no problem converting a DVD using Handbrake to playback on iPod Video and same for the Archos but I can't get the settings right to allow the same file to playback on both. Does anyone know what software I might use and how I would go about this so that I don't need to convert each DVD twice - once for the Archos and once for the iPod?
