WMA to WAV or MP3 converter

I am looking for a converter that converts WMA files to WAV or MP3 files.

In the tradition of the new forum rules, STFW.
The first hit tells you about a program you already have that can do it.

edit: Ok, not quite. They only say it will do WMA to AAC but it will also do MP3 and WAV.
