Hey, all! I'm just getting into the capture card thing and was offered an Igniter X Pro with breakout box by a friend. but I also have the option of buying a Decklink HD very cheaply from another friend. My question is this: is the Igniter going to help me out much if I primarily shoot HD? Does it still activate RT without using it's own codecs? Am I better off spending some money and getting the Decklink instead? The Igniter would be free, so I'm trying to see if it would be of any use to me.
