Question about monitors.

I am looking to purchase a new monitor, but i need color accuracy.
I dont want to stick with my cheep samsung as it isnt very color accurate and having to do photography work (and printing), i dont want to have a hue stuck on the final prints.

What can you guys recommend?
I dont want anything too overpriced as its killer to my budget. I am considering the apple cinema 20 inch, but i want to find something more reasonable in price...

Dell's 20" uses the same panel as Apples; you can usually get the Dell for $350-400.
Anandtech did a comparison review of the two and addressed color accuracy among other things.
