I am running quicktime Pro 7.0.4 and compatible player. Yet, when I try to export with Sorenson 3 codec, either from QT or Cleaner, I do not get all the Sorenson 3 options. I click on "options" and only get the summary screen. I don't get the tabs for "encode, Playback, etc." Am I missing something?

Yes, the Sorenson Video 3 Pro codec. The encoder they distribute with QT is purposely limited in advanced features.
