I need a WAV to WMA converter for mac. I can't find a good software to do that. I also have a file that I need converted. If anyone knows any software that would convert let me know. Also if your willing to convert a WAV file to WMA format let me know. I would really appreciate that.

There is only one choice, as far as I know. You need Flip4Mac Studio--or else you can use a PC. By the way, there are no free solutions because Microsoft collects license fees from developers who want to use their proprietary file formats. Make no mistake, WMA is proprietary and closed.

To clarify chabig's second sentence, there are free Windows Media encoders (such as Microsoft's Windows Media Encoder 9 Series), but they're only available for Windows, not OSX.
What audio standard doesn't require licensing fees from developers? Vorbis is the only reasonably common one I can think of. MP3 and AAC both have licensing fees payable to MPEG LA.
Mac update estimates: MacBook Pro 2Q09 or 3Q09; MacBook 2Q09 or 3Q09; MacBook Air 2Q09 or 3Q09; Mac Pro/Xserve 1Q09 (2.93-3.33+Ghz Nehalem, 48+GB RAM); iMac 1Q09 (Cantiga, 2.53-3.06Ghz Penryn [quad possible], 8GB RAM); Mac mini 4Q08 (2.1-2.4Ghz Penryn, 4GB RAM).
