help hooking up ibook g4 to TV

I have an ibook g4 with a dvi port. I'm looking for the right adapters to connect to the standard red and white A/V ports on my TV, but can't seem to find the right cords anywhere. I have a dvi to VGA cord, but can't seem to find anything that will work with that either. Any ideas?

I have one of the Monster iTV cables (bought from a fellow MacNNer) that has worked flawlessly with my Toshiba TV.
