Did you read the instructions? They HAVE to tell you how to use the scanner and provided software.

Also, you can go to the HP website to find and download both the manual and the software for making the scanner work.

You can download the software from HP but if you are going to edit your photos and if you use photoshop, import your photo from photoshop. The software from HP is huge, actually i only use the driver, i have a hp psc 2410 (fax/printer/scanner/card reader)

Hi,
upload your photos on www.photoprints.pk and send to the family member.
A good news for expatriates, specially Pakistani expatriates: They can get their digital
photos printed on low cost and shipped to their family or friends in Pakistan the next
business day.
The process is simple: upload your photos on www.photoprints.pk, order for print and make online payment. Your photos will be printed and delivered to any address in Pakistan. You also can choose a number of a additional items such as albums etc.
I think, every expatriate Pakistan must try this and surprise those in Pakistan

^ umm, spammer ? : \ ...anyways, I myself use an HP All-in-One printer and I use the "Tiff to Preview" option (there are others like "tiff to photoshop" or "tiff to iphoto") . don't use any of the HP software though, do it all through the printer's buttons .
