I am working on a project to do mpeg-4 streaming. I managed to create the rtsp:// link, but when i open the link in a browser, real player is launched instead of quicktime. I unticked the RTSP setting in the real player media settings, but then the browser shows a page cannot be displayed error for the link. I tried modifying the settings under folder options->file types->RTSP, but that did not work either. I do not want to use a reference file. I want ot use the rtsp:// link directly. Is there a way to force quictime to be launched through HTML coding?

thanks for the help.
