I got a loaner from the local camera shop to do some "hands-on" prior to running a P.O. at work and wound up buying one for myself, my dept is getting one for me to use at work and another department is getting one too. It makes the D600L I've been using for a year and a half feel like a cheap toy. Olympus has a solid winner here I think. Only two drawbacks. price and shutter speed ($2k and 1/640sec)

Get the proper batteries (or avoid using the lcd), it eats AAs
Wide angle adapter, "oh look, I can stand 6 inches further back and get the same framing. woopidoo"
Damn slow on hq too, but then I am used to the D1

That said, the E10 is a top choice.
