I'm trying to burn a downloaded PSX ISO, (my original is VERY badly scratched) but I'm not sure how to format it in Adaptec Toast. I know that when you use Astarte to copy an original, and then open it in Toast, under 'data' it will say 'ISO 9660 CD-ROM XA.' But if I downloaded the tracks of the disc from a website, then I have to choose on my own how to format it. I can either choose 'ISO 9660' or 'Multitrack CD-ROM XA.' If I choose the latter, then how do I do the whole sector thing?

If anybody has had experience burning downloaded games, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Please note, if you do not own a LEGAL copy of the game in question, it is illegal to copy it. I DO NOT condone pirating games!!! Pirating software hurts everyone in the end. Well, with that said, try making a disk image first using Astarte CD Copy. When you have the disk open in CD copy, choose select all, or hit command+a. Then choose save as disk image. Leave the prefs at default, but check for "ignore read errors", and have that option enabled. Once the disk image is saved, open it in toast and burn away! Don't burn at higher than 2X either. Playstations do not like it! Please don't pirate software either. Thanks, and good luck.
