Annoying bug on QT 4.1 FU (no 5 yet)

I have an annoying bug with the French version of QT 4.1 : at random, the QT icon disappear from the tools bar when i try to launch it from there (without launching it). To get it back, i have to reboot.
Any idea?
i checked files with TechTool Pro 3.1 and everything seems OK.

I wish the QT 5 final in French will be released soon
