Hiya,

Anyone have any problems in iMovie 2 with the video window not being the correct size at a particular display resolution?

I have a G4 dp500 and a 19" KDS (el cheapo) monitor and when I run iMovie at my favorite resolution the video window ends up looking like your favorite letter box aspect ratio. This only happens at 1024 x 768, if I switch to 832 x 624 or any res higher than my fav the video window is a normal tv style aspect ratio.

No parts of the video I'm working on ar chopped, the image is just stretched and shrunk to fit within the video windows boundaries.

This has been driving me a bit nuts, anyone know anything about it?

I had this problem when using Kaleidoscope schemes and MacOS themes. Once I turned it off, my iMovie video window went back to it's original size.

Hope this helps!
