How to make an mp3 from a DVD?

Does anyone know how to make an mp3 from audio that's ona DVD. I bought a DVD of a concert, and I'd like to make some mp3s from it. Thoughts?

Download just about any sound recorder, hook your DVD player to your computer, and play and record. If you want the music from your internal DVD player, things are a little harder...

once you decrypt the dvd, you'll probably have to decode an ac3 file. The link to mAC3Dec on digital-digest is out of date with version 1.1. If you use the latest version you can go straight to mp3 (with LAME!) from the ac3, bypassing aiff
