How to convert DivX movies with WMA audio tracks.

I've been converting my DivX movies to Sorenson 3 MOVs with QT 5 but on DivXs that have a WMA audio track, the sound cuts out in the final movies. It starts out fine and then dies after about 10 seconds I think, anyone know what the deal is? I tried using different sound options in QT but that didn't work.
